This tournament is in memory of Dante Mazzola. All proceeds will go to the "Dante Mazzola Memorial Scholarship Fund". The Dante Mazzola Memorial Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to raising funds for the purpose of giving two scholarships yearly to two young soccer players entering college.

The tournament is open to Boys and Girls U10 to U14, double age brackets U11/12 U13/14, U10 will be alone. Boys games will be played on Saturday and Sunday December 12 and 13, Girls games will be played on Saturday and Sunday December 19 and 20. Each team will play three games, playoff if qualified. The tournament will be played according to national futsal rules.
